Insects are abundant on this planet and are nutritious sources of high-quality protein. As you know, between climate change and the projected growth in the human population—global–we need to provide low-cost, abundant, and nutritious food. Assume that the use of insect protein powder will significantly reduce the cost of food products as well as boost the protein content of those food products (bread, cereal, desserts, pizza, non-meat substitutes, etc.).

IN YOUR ESSAY Describe how the inclusion of protein powder derived from insects into food products could become accepted by the general population in the United States.
