In 2019 you were selected to the Operations Graduate scheme of Harley Davidson. Given your continued success with the Graduate scheme last year ,you now have been asked to complete a Business report for the Operations Manager where you are required to review and critique the effectiveness of operations management principles and apply the concept of continuous improvement to the organisation.(Case study provided)

Based on the given case study, prepare a continuous improvement plan based on your review and critique of operations management principles to overcome the problems faced by the organisation in terms of production of motor bikes.

Analysing continuous improvement principles make at least two justified recommendations which could improve the operations function detailed in the case study (M2).
