Final Project Presentation

Create a PowerPoint presentation approximately 15-20 minutes, 16-18 slides based on a company that has experienced accounting or financial fraud. Your PPT presentation should be narrated and include the following information:

1.) Overview of the company and the fraud/unethical activity that occurred.
2.) A discussion on the impact of the fraud on the company and its stakeholders.
3.) Analysis of the results of the fraud/unethical behavior.
4.) Recommendations for how the fraud could have been prevented.
5.) Conclusion that includes what accounting ethical principles you would implement within the company.
