1. Read the following article, 5 Ways to Create an Inclusive Reading and Writing Program.
2. Watch the following video on The Daily 5 and CAFE.
3. Create a proposal to present to your School Principal where you are requesting additional funds for a mini grant to purchase additional classroom materials and supplies. Explain why these changes will assist you in making your classroom more inclusive during reading and writing instruction. Include an explanation for the need to implement each of the following components and include graphics/pictures for the supplies you would need. The assignment may be completed in a word document or Power Point presentation.
