Create a table that maps measures to programs (consider measures that span from screening to outcomes).
Identify three areas (e.g., anxiety, depression, substance use) with preventive intervention opportunities. For each, identify evidence-based and appropriate screens for inclusion/exclusion in services, measures of program targets (problem solving), measures of proximal outcomes (involvement with deviant peers) and distal outcomes (delay initiation of sexual involvement). For each measure and program, reports the recipient (child, family) and respondent (teacher).
