-The task is to find a reflective model (i.e.: Kolb 1984) to reflect and critical discuss on the experience you had (provided in the suggested essay plan document).
-Essay: Define what is confidentiality and clinical governance, also use caldicottn principles.
-Why is it important to physiotherapist and patients? (HCPC, 2013)
-Select the reflective model and critical appraise on its quality, strength and weaknesses, application to this essay.
-Use the personal experience (written in the suggested essay plan) and integrate to the reflective model and how it can help in shaping the future action plan of how you will use this experience to enhance your quality as a professional physiotherapist/student physiotherapist for now.
-Find a psychosocial model/behavioural theory to relate the personal experience so this can be critically discussed in the body of the essay (please refer to personal experience in relation to confidentiality section).
-Draw conclusion of what you have learn and apply to a (SMART) action plan for realistic outcomes in the future.
