Personal Leadership Motto/Mission Statement
Your personal leadership motto/mission statement and a brief paragraph explaining why you chose it.
You may develop your own statement or use a quote or mission statement from a well-known leader. Example of a leadership motto: “Leadership: the art of getting someone else to do something you want done because he wants to do it” Dwight D. Eisenhower.
Admirable Leaders
Describe three professional leaders that you admire.
Look for people who demonstrate the type of leader that you want to become. If you are planning to go into HR, choose HR leaders. Identify the primary leadership style that each of them demonstrate with examples. Explain what you hope to emulate or learn from that leader (i.e. why you chose them).
Provide at least one paragraph for each leader.
