Justify the level of importance of each component part of the plan in relation to achieving organisational strategic goals through:

a) Explaining how the strategy of the organisation impacts the HR plan
b) Discuss how the plan supports strategic objectives
c) Identify the component parts of an HR plan
d) Identify the levels of importance of each component of the plan

Task 3 (30%): You are asked to Develop a talent management and learning and development framework. Identify of the requirements for the plan that will support the organisation growth, as well as business as usual. Outline other considerations such as finance, and opportunities for learning styles that might be required in order to secure approval within your organisation.
