Midterm and Final Portfolios

o The Midterm and Final Portfolios will consist of revised and expanded versions of 3 Mini Essays. Each essay should be 3-5 pages, and could be somewhat longer.

o For the Midterm Portfolio, you may develop any 3 of your own Mini Essays from the first part of the class.

o For the Final Portfolio, you may develop any 3 of your own Mini Essays from the second part of the class.

o The portfolios will be submitted to Turnitin assignments on BlackBoard.

o Each essay in the Portfolios will be graded as follows:
35% Provides a careful and thorough response to the assigned topic or question
35% Shows accurate understanding of concepts and texts
