PART 2
A. Brief (no more than one-half page) description of the agency’s services and population served.

B. Identifying data about the client including a summary of presenting problem/initial concerns and any relevant background information.

C. Identify two (2) practice skills you used in working with the client. Provide specific examples from your work with the client that demonstrate each skill.

D. Based on your involvement with this situation, discuss what actions you took, or might have taken to promote change on a macro level to enhance social and economic justice for this client.
