Explain how you would love to accomplish so much more such as becoming a Commissioned Officer or a Chief in the United States Navy. Explain how you would love the opportunity to be a leader and make change in the military.
Discuss how extremely proud you are to serve your country, the United States of America.
Discuss that you want to continue to make your family proud by being a great sailor in the navy.
Explain why everyone deserves a second chance. Thoroughly explain why you deserve to be in the Navy (grab the reader’s attention and give reasons that are so believable to connect with the audience).
Give compelling reasons why you want to stay in the United States Navy. Use imagination with the reasons but make they extremely compelling and convincing. Be persuasive but not overly pushy.

Include quotes about overcoming obstacles, adversity, struggles and change and engage the reader.
Explain how recovering from obstacles like these will help develop me into a better person and how difficult situations allow me to become an even more well–rounded leader in the long run to lead junior sailors and be part of the change to make the Navy continue to become a greater good.
