· Discuss strategies for overcoming barriers in implementing evidence-based practice with references sufficient to support strategies.
· Provide the PICOT question for your DNP Project each week.
Discuss your ongoing implementation progress and in meeting with staff and observation – how will you plan to sustain your project and disseminate?
· Describe your sustainability plan:
o Include how you would maintain the practice change?
o Are champions appointed to assure sustainability?
o Does the site plan to implement this project on other units?
o Are there required changes to the technology needed in order to sustain your project? If so, how will your champions advocate for these changes?
o Describe how your project will become the new standard of care including how the data may be used to inform health care policy for this unit?
o What changes do you believe would be needed at the micro, meso, and macro systems level to assure the continuation of this project?
