State Regulation Paper: Each student will review the Telemental Health statutes/requirements for two states in which you might consider practicing following graduation.

In a minimum of 4-7 pages (in APA format) describe each state’s requirements separately, compare the two, and discuss what you would need to do (training, licensure, supervision, etc.) to gain the competence required to provide Telemental Health services in either state. Also, discuss privacy laws, Tarasoff Laws by state, mandatory reporting laws, age of consent to treatment, and international telehealth laws.
