Discuss the Leadership and Supervision duties centered on a scenario relating to discrimination and/or racism. You will be asked to present a well-developed discussion of how you would approach the situation and what your responsibilities would be.

You will be marked on two key elements:

The effectiveness and comprehensiveness of your management approach. In this regard, you will want to be familiar with general management principles; and
The effectiveness of your written communication. Elements which will be assessed include:
– Spelling

– Grammar

– Word choice/vocabulary

– Legibility—anything the board cannot read will not be scored. Deciphering some of the handwriting on the exam was a challenge for the board in grading the exam so we encourage you to use the available time in this next stage to ensure that your answers can be read

– Structure of your paper—you will want to include an introductory statement, separate paragraphs for each element of your approach, and a closing or summary statement. You may use headings or other formatting options to add to the effectiveness of your communication
