Description

Discuss the legal and ethical issues surrounding Boeing’s 737 MAX aircraft defects and crashes.

State a well-formulated introduction that:

• Identifies the company

• States the company’s ethical dilemma of Boeing had a choice to inform stakeholders of a faulty sensor that could cause the 737 Max to nose over which would cost more money to redesign as well as train pilots or they could continue to overcharge for the faulty system to maximize profits for shareholders.

• States a thesis statement for the paper that provides the reader a well-conceived approach or practical perspective on the problem presented by the company’s situation.

Identify and define Corporate Social Responsibility and how Boeing leadership could have utilized this ethical framework in this situation and explain how it would have led to a different result. Explain specifically how Boeing effectively would have employed this framework.

Discuss these three general legal topics which are different than the main legal issue.
