If you think about the ERP system that you recommended to the Board in previous weeks, what are some business processes that you think could be automated or perhaps improved?

Discuss the process you would take to review and analyze existing business practices to find areas of improvement.

Describe the steps involved in business process re-engineering and how they are closely linked to ERP implementation.

In response to your peers, you will discuss the reasons why senior management must be committed to assisting with the implementation of new systems.

Assignment

Submit the Structure and Implementation Proposal. It should be a complete, polished artifact containing all of the critical elements of the final product. It should reflect the incorporation of feedback gained throughout the course.
