Part 1: Use leadership theory to analyse and discuss how leadership has “played out”/ being enacted within the team and how it could be further enhanced. Make sure to also explain and justify the choice of theories for this activity and provide some critical commentary on their ability to support your analysis and discussion.

Part 2: Discuss what insight you have gained from the selected theories in part one and how this can be applied to your own practice of being a leader.  Identify two areas of leadership practice that you would like to improve and briefly explain why you have selected this particular aspect of your leadership.
