a. Discuss what you personally believe resilience is. and how it contributes to success in the healthcare field. (Consider both leadership and non-leadership roles.)

b. Where did the study take place, and what were the work backgrounds of the study participants?

c. The authors state that the resilience of leaders is influence by three broad categories of factors: individual (five factors are listed). situational (seven factors are listed). and behavioral (six factors are listed). Discuss what you believe are the top three factors in each category that would contribute to a leader’s resilience.
