In 3-5 thoughtful pages, reflect on your personal leadership style and approach, and the best practices of leaders or managers who navigate this world of either gig workers or remote teams.

In no particular order,

1. Discuss what you do well. What are your strengths in leading either remote teams or gig workers? What should you KEEP doing? It is helpful if you make these specific and behavioral to the extent possible.

2. Identify what you should stop doing. What are you doing that’s just getting in your own way? What should you STOP doing? Again, be as specific as you can. Continuing on the communication example.

3. Finally, what needs to be tweaked? What needs to be FIXED? These are things that you’re doing that just need a bit of polish to really move the needle in terms of your leadership.
