Bridging the Gap

Many education leaders would agree that technology innovation continues to drive new ideas within educational systems (Moore & Diehl, 2018). Educational systems are responding to workforce needs to prepare their students to be successful for the future (Moore & Diehl, 2018). Rogers (2003) discusses that not everyone will buy into innovative ideas right away. For this discussion you will need to provide two key points and two challenges to consider when helping a system bridge the gap with technology initiatives. You will also need to discuss why you believe helping people bridge the gap is important from a Biblical perspective.
