3. You are employed as an administrator of a small health care clinic. One of the students who you went to FGCU with visits the clinic where you work, complaining of a rash on her body. She says she recently came in contact with a child who had the same symptoms, and also was seen as a patient at this clinic. She asks, ‘What did this child see the doctor for, and what was the diagnosis?’ She explains that she needs to know, so that she can be immunized if necessary. The receptionist knows that you and the patient are friends and pulls the child’s chart, and hands it to you. What should you do? Explain your answer.

4. The number of employers using social media to screen candidates is at an all-time high. Fifty-four (54%) of employers have decided to not hire a candidate based on their social media profile. Half of all employers check current employees’ social media profiles and over a third of companies surveyed have reprimanded or fired an employee for inappropriate content on their social media pages.
