A draft Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) is provided in Appendix 1.

1.1. Evaluate the quality of the document in terms of compliance with international standards, highlighting what is good and recommend areas for improvement. Provide evidence of the evaluation, for example an assessment tool, that demonstrates what an EIR should contain and an interpretation of the quality of the information.
