Take one of the disorders that you investigated in any of your previous assignments in this course and examine it more closely. Alternatively, you can investigate a different disorder than the one you selected earlier. Focus this final paper on what evidence-based treatments and intervention plans currently exist for the treatment of this disorder in children and adolescents. Be sure to include the following:
• Provide an overview of the disorder selected; this must be a disorder that spans both childhood and adolescence.
• Help the reader understand this disorder and how it impacts cognitive, emotional, and social development across childhood and adolescence.
• Critique the available treatment and/or interventions and their efficacy.
• Explore the ethical considerations of different treatment or intervention plans.
• Conclude your paper by proposing your own treatment and/or intervention plan for this disorder.
• You may support your assignment with appropriate graphs, tables, or illustrations.
Length: 8 pages, not including title and reference pages
References: Support your analysis with at least seven current peer-reviewed articles.
Your assignment should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA 7 standards.
