Though this is to be a succinct report, this is for a group project so please make it clear when transitioning from one point to another.
1. Examine the challenges of leading and working in cross-functional teams of professionals.
2. Investigate issues regarding the design, establishment, and management of teams to produce the greatest possible chance of success.
3. Explore ways in which team participants can directly influence their peers and the team’s work, both positively and negatively.
4. Examine effective and ineffective ways to resolve conflict and disagreements in a team setting.
You should address the case from the perspective of Valerie Merz, as she has the toughest and broadest management responsibility and perhaps the highest stakes as the most senior person on the team. Your report should be succinct, provide a thorough and precise analysis of the case related to the four points, and should not exceed 500 words.
Kathy Caprino of Forbes writes in the following article about how professionals should be able to summarize their thoughts in a concise and brief manner and being able to craft your thoughts with brevity and focus.
Grading criteria:
– Paper provides a thorough and fully developed analysis of the case study. Paper thoroughly addresses questions and concepts.
-The paper is nearly free from grammatical and mechanical errors; the writer is clearly in command of written, academic English.
-The paper contains at least four sources; paper primarily complies with APA format.
