You are advised to obtain the annual reports of Warehouse REIT PLC (www.warehousereit.co.uk). You are required to write a report on the overall performance and financial position of the organisation using ratio analysis and the context of the environment within which the organisation operates.

Your report should concentrate on the following:
– Introduction: Explanation of the aim of the report
– Company profile: General description of the company and its main activities.
– Calculation and interpretation of the key ratios covered in class (Liquidity ratios, Profitability Ratios, Investment Ratios, Solvency Ratios, Asset Turnover) for the last three years 2022, 2021& 2020 (all ratio calculations should be shown in the main report, each ratio on a separate table).
– Critical analysis of the trends shown in the accounts for the last three years.
– Conclusion: summary of the main findings.
– References and bibliography.
The report should be 1,500 words. You need to state the number of words in the text and penalties will result from excessive length.
The mark awarded will depend upon the quality of the analysis, the presentation of the report and the calculation of ratios
