Case: IBM “Diversity as Strategy” by David A. Thomas. You need to supplement this with  additional research into the events described, the background to them and their implications.

Take a critical perspective on aspects of the account given in the case.

Focus your analysis on those aspects  on the HR – theories/Models in the cases which you believe are most significant and apply concepts we have discussed in class and from the academic literature you have been reading.
