Include all of the components outlined in class that are essential to a written JD. Find at least 3 very unique or different job descriptions within the industry you are studying. At least one of these jobs should be a position that you would consider applying for after you graduate. Find a junior, mid, and senior level job opening for one or more companies in your industry.

Also, how are organizations in your industry designing their work environment? For example do they have flexible schedules, work from home programs, differential shifts, 4/10’s, etc… How are ergonomics utilized in companies within your industry? Look for multiple examples.
