Would you please explain what you mean by this statement – “the federal government can take healthcare costs out of the system to make healthcare equally accessible to all individuals.” The high cost of prescription drugs in this country is another concern, and President Trump has expressed concern over why the cost of a drug that costs $2 in the U.S. only costs $.50 in another country. How can we negotiate to address this issue? Another idea you mentioned is patient-centered care. Some institutions are looking at outcomes of a person’s care to determine how a doctor gets paid.
