Write a 2-page, double-spaced reflection paper. The paper most be written in 12-point Times New Roman font with 1-inch margins. You may write in the first-person. If your reflection paper is less than 2 full pages, you will not receive ANY extra credit. In the paper,  include the title and speaker of the TED Talk you watched. Then reflect on what the TED Talk was about and what you learned from this talk. What were your main takeaways from this TED Talk? Is there anything you can you apply from this talk to your own current, past, or future work experiences? Is there any advice you would give to a manager based on what was in the talk?
