ASSIGNMENT

Staff have noted there is a growing movement within the United States and internationally to replace the role of “Chief,” both at private and public institutions. The request was submitted to both the Office of Equity and Belonging and the People Team (Human Resources) during an all-staff gathering. Currently, the university is redesigning its pay system and reviewing its titles and brands. This is an opportunity to review and provide a recommendation to the People Team who are undertaking a change in Total Rewards system (Benefits and Compensations) towards a more equitable, transparent, competitive, and modern compensation system.
