Executive Briefing: Nursing Staffing Shortage

ASSIGNMENT

This will be part of an executive briefing from a nursing director to the CEO of an organization to highlight nursing staffing shortages. The goal of this paper is to provide the following:
-1 page in-depth analysis of the nursing shortage issues in the US
-1 page justifying the need to address it and why it is important
-1 page Identify 3 Director-level solutions along with recommendations for a healthcare organization
