Description

Identify a contemporary issue related to 21st Century Global Public Health Challenge and make recommendations for strategic improvement in this area. This should include a critical discussion of the evidence base in relation to the potential for technology (low or high tech) to impact this issue going forward.

 

Criteria 1: Introduction of topic and rates and prevalence of issue – monitoring of data. How is data collected – critical thinking must be shown!! 800 words for this section.

Criteria 2: Selective Setting – why is an issue in India? What is the evidence about type 2 Diabetes and being an issue in India? Is there a policy regarding that there? Interventions that worked well there? Sustainable Development Goals must be included in this section! Is there a gap in the policies or in the target group? Critically analyses on that. Words in this section – 1200

Criteria 3: What technology is usable in the chosen setting( India) .
