1. Identify a firm/organization/or company, either local or national, that utilizes Social media approaches in talent acquisition. (the organization is LinkedIn)
2. Briefly describe and explain the effectiveness of the various tools/forms used by the selected organization.
3. You must also reference a current recruitment campaign (either currently in progress or within the last month). Be sure to include a copy of this advertisement in your submission (you may also include a link to the campaign but be sure to also include a copy in case the campaign is deleted/expired by the time this assignment is marked).
4. Identify areas that are extremely effective as well as other approaches that would enhance the effectiveness of the approaches used.
