Specifically the measurement plan should:

Clearly articulate the scope and context for the project recognising the significance of factors specific to the clinical environment or characteristic of the improvement

Identify Systematically the approach taken to measuring the effectiveness of your improvement

Offer a rationale for the choice of guiding framework for the measurement plan, the measures used, and the techniques for data analysis that were select.

Take one of the tools or techniques identified in the plan and offer a more detailed critical evaluation of that, using literature, theoretical frameworks and reflection on the practice of improvement

Demonstrating that you have considered and addressed risks to the implementation of your measurement plan.

All of these points should be addressed critically using and evaluating some of the theoretical frameworks, tools and techniques explored within the course.
