Write a report about the key decision-making scenarios that the real estate company WeWork is facing amid the coronavirus outbreak and various lawsuits by using conceptual insights, factual information, and empirical evidence drawn from reliable sources in an analytical manner. Your report should offer the executive and management teams at WeWork specific recommendations based on your analysis.
You are provided with a selection of sources in the assessment folder on BUSI1702 Moodle page to help you establish a basic understanding of the decision-making context.
You are expected to carry out independent research on the scenario, synthesise information and evidence that you have found, and present your arguments (not generic views) in the tutorials that are assigned to assessment support.
Word count:
3000 words + or – 10% (100%) excluding the reference list
Please note that a submission that does not meet the word count requirement faces the risk of failing the assessment (i.e. too short 2000 words) or penalty in the communication criterion (i.e. too long 4000 words).

conduct the analysis.

Identify the individual and organisational consequences produced/might be produced by the
decisions.
State whether these consequences are positive with evidence to justify your statements.
o Analysis – context approx. 500 words
Discuss the type(s) and context of the decisions that are identified in your introduction. Identify the key decision makers involved and how they are involved.
o Evaluation – process (with reference to the literature) approx. 1100 words Identify the decision-making approach(es) used/could be used.
Discuss the factors that contribute(d) to the decision-making process. Evaluate the decision-making approaches(es) and process.
o Recommendations for change approx. 350 words
Identify the ways how to improve decision-making to prevent the identified consequences. Explain the reasons why your proposed solutions can be effective.
o Analysis – future challenges approx. 250 words
Discuss the potential obstacles that might hinder the organisation from adopting the improvement and/or alternative(s) that you proposed in the section 5.
o Conclusion approx.150 words
