He worked efficiently, he really knew how to communicate with clients and coworkers.
He always met deadlines and did what you expected of him.
He wanted to learn more and even got technology certifications
He was diligent in his work
He didn’t make you lose time
You believe that he can apply all this virtues in his masters studies
you also believe that he will have a great career

You believe he will be a great entrepreneur. Here there aren’t so many opportunities but there in europe there will be more.
