In this exercise, the purpose is for the student to practice evaluating a training program.  Go online and visit e-How (http://www.ehow.com), YouTube (http://www.youtube.com), or another site relevant to this exercise of training.  Use the site’s search function to look up a lesson on how to do one of the following tasks:
Conduct an employment interview
Patient/workplace Safety
Diversity and Inclusion
Quality Improvement
Handle an angry customer/Customer Service
Employee Orientations
Research the Internet for the ADDIE design model to begin this process.  Wikipedia is also an acceptable source.  View the presentation you selected, taking notes to help you recall its content.  Seek to identify facts that relate to the five steps in Addie, such as what are the objectives of the training, what are the principles of learning, or likelihood of it transferring into the workplace, etc.  The professor understands you might not be able to answer all the stages in the instructional design but challenge yourself to see how many you can find.  Cite your sources.

Q1a Copy and paste the website to the training video with a link so others can view it.  No video can’t earn any points.

Q1b In short answers, write down how the media met the five steps of the ADDIE model, evaluate the entire training video.

Q1c How effective was the training design, e.g., deliver method?  Did it consider all learning abilities?  Will employees be able to apply transfer it into the work setting?  Make two recommendations for improvement.
