Using case analysis is a common type of assignment, especially in upper-level and graduate-level business classes. Students read a “case” about a situation in an organization. Purchase the case at the link provided in the syllabus.

In this class, you will “respond” to the case by writing a 500 word (maximum) response that:

(Quickly) summarizes the situation (1 to 2 sentences)
Identifies the major underlying problem or problems
Integrates one to three “theories” from the MGMT 301 course
Provides an alternative solution
Includes citation and is well-written and grammatically sound
