• In your current role as nurse leader, how would you address the issue to grow diversity, equity and inclusion among the nursing population, and future nurses?

• What plans and strategies might you use(considering you are working in a
Magnet Hospital) to recruit and retain nurses, especially those who have and
those who lack privilege?

• How you would seek to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for
nurses? Talk about unconscious bias as one way. Also talk about psychological
safety as another way (emphasizes on this )
