Foundations of Nutrition Research paper

The paper should be based on taking a position that needs to be argued, the topic of the paper is, the concerns about cholesterol consumed in the diet are overstated and recommendations for cholesterol should be relaxed.

This paper should be approximately 2 pages long (approximately 800 words), assuming it is 12-point font, double-spaced, and this length does not include the works cited section; lengthy quotes of 75 or more words also will not count towards the target length. As a research paper, the quality of your sources is paramount: at least one must be “primary literature”- see below- and all other additional sources must be appropriate for academic writing. The grading rubric is below.

It should include an introduction that clearly states the statement of question and whether or not you support it, two or more paragraphs describing your research findings, a paragraph discussing alternate views (IE, the other side of the argument), and then a summary paragraph reiterating your statement and what you believe is the healthy practice to be followed.
