Managing Multiple Team Projects

You are the project manager for a project aimed at improving sales management at an organization. You have decided to gather requirements for the new sales management system by client group. There are five independent client groups in the organization, each involved in different non-competing lines of business. All five are profitable and well-positioned for the future.
