Majorities of both black and white Americans say black people are treated less fairly than whites in dealing with the police and by the criminal justice system as a whole.With this statement, each group to decide and agree upon a System, Method, and or Policy that could/would improve the current Police vs African American situation in America.

This System, Method, and or Policy MUST be excepted by both the Police and African Americans, meaning both parties are willing to agree WITHOUT being forced too.

– The proposal has to be a minimum of 2 pages single spaced

– No weird spacing or double spacing between paragraphs
