However, a recent Mintel report examining the Impact of COVID-19 on the UK BPC market suggest a downturn in the market is predicted and that there is evidence to suggest a shift in consumption and usage habits as a result of the pandemic.

Nivea have approached an agency (you) to conduct further research that expands on the findings in the above Mintel report on the UK BPC market. You are required to produce a research proposal for Nivea’s discretion before the research is commissioned. This research should focus on identifying buying, usage, and consumption habits for personal care products, and how these have changed because of the pandemic.
