Lesson plans

Plan four lessons for a specific age group of children: Early Childhood (0-5yrs) .Each lesson plan will focus on 2 concepts relating to each strand (for example, music: beat and pitch). The lesson plan design and length will be suitable to the age group of children specified. Students are to accompany each lesson plan with a 250 word summary for how the plan meets the curriculum framework goals (outcomes of the EYLF or the outcomes and indicators of the NSW Creative Arts K-6 Syllabus). Students will also outline what their role will be in the experience and what strategies they will use to promote learning and creativity.
ALL 4 plans should connect via a familiar theme or interest – For example: boats, the weather, animals…..
