Prepare a research paper on Small Business Merger and Acquisition Strategies to Gain Financial Synergy and Accelerate Growth.

For this methodology paper, the specific problem to be addressed is the possible failure of companies in the Northeastern region of the United States to develop strategic approaches in the mergers and acquisitions processes resulting in the possible inability to gain financial synergy and accelerate a company’s growth.
My research paradigm is post-positivism. This study will be conducted with a flexible design using a qualitative method; specifically, a single case study design will be used.
