– The paper is a concept note for establishing youth volunteer network in Iraq
– The concept note should outline what the concept means, background and prior experience of UNICEF Iraq and youth volunteering in general; what we aim to do with this, how it looks like, planned results/outputs and key strategies etc.
– The paper should provide a realistic backgrounds on youth and Iraq.
