Instructions:

Imagine you are the Chief Information Officer (CIO) in an organization. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) approaches you and asks you to prepare the organization’s information system master plan for discussion in an upcoming meeting.

Write an APA-formatted paper of 5 to 6 1/2 pages (approx. 1,500 to 2,000 words). Support your paper with 3 three to 7 peer-reviewed materials. Include the following in your paper response:

The long-term plan to provide overall guidance for the information systems of the organization.

The short-term plan to include the following considerations:

Road map for IS and Architecture
Assessment of present state (SWOT or other Approach acceptable)
Forecast of potential impacts to the information systems plan

Proposed master plan maintenance schedule.
