TASK
This assignment consists of three parts. You need to address all the requirements below
(without using these headings or numbering).
1. Reflecting on and analysing your developing practice as a teacher or trainer* (about
900 words):

(a) Reflect on and analyse how beneficial your Cert IV TAE or your initial teacher training was
in preparing you to facilitate adult vocational learning. Give examples to illustrate.
(b) Reflect on and analyse how your professional practice has developed since you
completed your Cert IV TAE**, or since you began teaching or training in your workplace.
Provide examples to justify your reflections.
(c) Reflect on and analyse key factors which have impacted or influenced your developing
practice. Provide examples to justify your reflections.
(d) Reflect on and analyse factors likely to impact on your future developing professional
practice. Include some discussion of your ongoing learning.


2. Reflecting on continuing professional learning (about 800 words)
(a) Outline at least two continuing professional learning approaches (CPL), and discuss their
usefulness for your own learning. Provide examples.


3. Reflect on your use of reflection strategies using an influential theory of reflection
from EEB312 (700 words).
(a) From your study in this subject identify one theory or approach which has been influential
in supporting your developing reflective practice. Explain why, giving examples.
(b) Based on your learning in this subject including your trial of reflective strategies, outline
reflective practice strategies you plan to use in the future to ensure ongoing reflection on your
teaching, assessing and lifelong learning. Connect at least one of these strategies to the theory
discussed in 3 (a).
