Create viable policies, procedures, rules and job descriptions for your non-profit organization in order to make sure that the organization will stay profitable, service-oriented and productive. Discuss how each policy, procedure, rule and job description can be used by supervisors/managers in order to maximize organizational outcomes including profitability, service and productivity. (25 points)

Discuss, document and thoroughly analyze possible problems that managers could face in your non-profit organization and discuss how managers can apply a minimum of five appropriate theories to personal and/or work situations. In other words show you understand how to apply theory. UNDERLINE the names of the theories in your report and discuss the theory thoroughly. (2 points per theory—up to 10 points).

Recognize and manage the dynamics of change as they relate to self and the supervision of others. Distinguish between “good” and “poor” work ethics when given a variety of workplace situations. Discuss the ethical dynamics of your organization and discuss how an ethical leader should handle each situation. (10 points)

Research and write about how your company will specifically apply specific and viable principles of recruiting, interviewing, selecting, orienting, training and evaluating new employees in a real life or simulated activity. (15 Points)
