This assessment with address the module learning outcome 3,4,5,6 and 7.
It is possible to do one of two types of Research Proposals:
1. The Standard Research Proposal
2. The Work Based Research Proposal.
Personal details: Your name, student number and Course.
Introduction explaining what company issue/problem you are researching and why it is important for the company.
Your aim, objectives and research questions/hypotheses.
The theoretical discipline/theories that will underpin and inform your work to be written in the form of a literature review.
Your stated method of data collection which will be a case study plus some indication of which methods and people in the company who will be involved.
A time plan for your research.
References of at least 20 relevant and up to date sources.
An ‘Employer Support’ form completed by your employer indicating that you will have the support of your company. A copy of this is given in Appendix C.
